Q: How many guests can the venue accommodate?
A: The venue can host up to 80 people comfortably.

Q: What are the rental hours?
A: All events must conclude, and guests must exit the venue by 11:00 PM, music must be turned off by 10pm.

Q: Can we play music or have entertainment?
A: Yes, but noise levels must remain reasonable and not disturb the surrounding area. Music also must be turned off by 10pm.


Alcohol & Catering

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
A: No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Q: How can we serve alcohol at our event?
A: You must hire a licensed caterer with a liquor license. This is required by Indiana law.

Q: Who is responsible if alcohol laws are not followed?
A: The renter must sign a contract and assumes full liability for complying with all Indiana alcohol laws.


Rentals & Rates

Q: What are your rental rates?
A: We offer weekend packages that include overnight accommodations at our log cabin on site and a full-day rate. Please contact us for current pricing.

Q: Are tables and chairs included?
A: Tables and chairs are included.

Q: Do you have presentation equipment available?
A: Yes, you can add on the use of a projector and screen for an additional fee.


Booking & Policies

Q: How do I reserve the venue?
A: A signed rental contract and deposit are required to secure your booking.

Q: What happens if we break the rules?
A: Violations (such as bringing in outside alcohol, staying past 11 PM, or creating excessive noise) may result in loss of security deposit, immediate termination of the event, and/or additional liability.

Q: Do you require insurance?
A: Event liability insurance is recommended and may be required.
